From High School Friends to Forever
Every great love story starts somewhere — and for Aidan and Sydney, that beginning goes all the way back to freshman year at Spokane Valley Tech. They were classmates, sharing the same halls, teachers, and maybe even a few awkward group projects. But it wasn’t until senior year, when Aidan bravely asked Sydney to prom, that the real story began.
And no, it wasn’t love at first dance. But it was the spark of a deep, lasting friendship.
For the next six months, Aidan and Sydney talked and texted every single day, building a bond that was rooted in laughter, late-night conversations, and the kind of emotional connection that most people spend a lifetime searching for. That friendship, as beautiful friendships often do, slowly blossomed into something more — and by December 2022, they officially became a couple.
Since then, it’s been a journey of long-distance love — Sydney pursuing her dreams at Carroll College in Helena, and Aidan studying at Montana Tech in Butte. Separated by miles, but never by heart.
The Proposal: A Moment in the Mountains
Fast forward to December 7, 2024. The couple met — as they often did — in Boulder, Montana, the perfect halfway point between their two college towns. What was supposed to be a casual hike turned into one of the most unforgettable days of their lives.
At a scenic lookout, with the sweeping views of Montana as the backdrop, Aidan surprised Sydney with heartfelt words, a question, and a ring. It wasn’t scripted. It wasn’t flashy. It was real, spontaneous, and deeply personal — just like their love.
Built on Faith and Love
Aidan and Sydney’s relationship is not just built on shared memories and FaceTime calls — it’s built on faith. Through every season of friendship, love, distance, and commitment, they’ve leaned on God’s promises and the truth of His word.

Now, On to Their Big Day!
Their wedding took place at the beautiful St. Joseph’s Parish in Otis Orchards, followed by a celebration full of joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments at Mangia.
From a surprise first look — that turned out to be Aidan’s best man in an inflatable T. rex costume — to a magical sunset and a seriously impressive first dance, their wedding day was nothing short of wonderful.
